The M10 x 1 thread provides a metric alternative to the standard 3/8-24 UNF thread, making this probe particularly suitable for international installations where metric mounting hardware is required or preferred. The integral armor provides a stainless steel protective sleeve over the probe‘s body and cable, offering superior resistance against impact, abrasion, and crush damage in harsh industrial environments.

➙5.0 Meter Total Length–Unlike standard 1.0 meter probes, this 5.0 meter configuration connects directly to a Proximitor sensor without requiring an extension cable. This reduces connection points, minimizes signal degradation risk, and simplifies installation in applications where the Proximitor must be located far from the probe.

➙Integral Armor Protection–Full stainless steel armor sleeve covers the probe body and cable, providing exceptional resistance to impact, abrasion, and crush damage. This makes the 330194 series the recommended choice for installations where physical abuse or exposure to debris is a concern.

➙Metric M10 x 1 Thread–Metric thread configuration suitable for international equipment standards, allowing direct installation into metric mounting holes without adapters. Maximum thread engagement is 15 mm.

➙TipLoc™ Molding Technology–Patented manufacturing process that creates a robust bond between the probe tip and probe body, eliminating tip rotation or loosening under severe vibration. This ensures measurement consistency over the life of the probe.

➙ClickLoc™ Connector System–Corrosion-resistant, gold-plated brass connectors require only finger-tight torque. The specially engineered locking mechanism prevents connectors from loosening due to machine vibration, ensuring reliable signal transmission in harsh environments.
