The Vibro-Meter CA134 144-134-000-612 is an industrial-grade, symmetrical piezoelectric accelerometer designed for the long-term monitoring of absolute vibration in the most severe industrial environments. Utilizing a stable VC2-type single crystal compression-mode measuring element encapsulated in a hermetically welded Inconel 600 nickel alloy housing, this model comes equipped with an integrated 2-pole mineral-insulated (MI) cable protected by a robust double braid. Operating strictly as a charge-output device, it outputs a low-level pC/g signal that isolates its internal circuitry from the sensor casing, requiring an external charge amplifier (such as the Vibro-Meter IPC707 signal conditioner) to translate its metrics into usable current or voltage signals. Its unique chemical resistance, explosive atmosphere certifications, and extreme thermal resilience allow it to operate reliably across a vast temperature envelope spanning from deep cryogenic states up to intense high-heat environments.
