Running on firmware version 4.6, this computational block mounts directly onto a matching power chassis, pulling low-voltage operational current from the base power module or a dedicated back-up power supply to execute processing functions without introducing line harmonics. It is characterized by an integrated PROFINET communication architecture, dual-channel analog processing arrays, high-density digital I/O routing, and an on-board Basic Positioner (EPOS) license, enabling the host drive to achieve precise closed-loop speed control and functional safety integration without a separate standalone motion controller.
