The E84AYCPMV is an advanced PROFIBUS communication module designed specifically for industrial automation environments. It features a specially coated version, significantly improving its resilience in harsh conditions such as corrosive gases, high humidity, and dust. This module supports multiple communication standards and can be seamlessly integrated into complex automation architectures, enabling efficient data synchronization between drives and upper-level control systems.

Mechanical installation
The communication module can be plugged into the MCI slot or unplugged while the inverter is
switched on. When the module is plugged in, it is detected automatically, and a plausibility check
regarding the function and version is carried out.
