The GE Fanuc IC693CPU374 PLUS is a high-performance CPU module for the Series 90-30 PLC system, distinguished by its built-in enhanced Ethernet interface that eliminates the need for a separate communication module . Powered by a 133 MHz AMD SC520 processor, it delivers a fast typical scan rate of 0.15 ms per 1K of Boolean logic . The module features 240 KB of user memory and two embedded 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports sharing a single IP address with an auto-sensing switch . It supports advanced industrial protocols including SRTP (Service Request Transfer Protocol) for PLC-to-PLC communication, Ethernet Global Data (EGD) for periodic data exchange, and Modbus/TCP client/server functionality . Additional capabilities include a built-in web server for remote PLC monitoring via a standard browser and comprehensive diagnostics through the Station Manager tool . The CPU374 PLUS is compatible with Series 90, PACSystems, and VersaMax PLCs, as well as host computers running CIMPLICITY or the Host Communications Toolkit .
