The Bently Nevada 330880-28-15-042-00-02 is an all-in-one, field-ready proximity transducer packaging solution designed to simplify sensor installation and protect electronic components on rotating machinery. By combining a 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe and its matching Proximitor Sensor inside a weatherproof, corrosion-resistant glass-reinforced polymer junction box, this assembly eliminates the need for separate field enclosures and secondary extension cables. |

✜ Petrochemical and Refinery Compression Loops: Ideal for gas compressors or oil refinery processing pumps where the sensor must survive continuous contact with lubricating oil sprays, aggressive chemical vapors, and salty air.
✜ Bearing Housing Radial & Thrust Monitoring: Mounted directly on large electric motor or turbine fluid-film bearing casings to track high-frequency radial shaft vibration or axial rotor drift.
✜ Outdoor/Exposed Machinery Monitoring: Deployed extensively on outdoor cooling tower fans, remote water pumps, and exposed industrial fans where rain, high humidity, and direct ambient exposure would degrade unshielded field electronics.
