Featuring an 8 mm tip diameter molded from high-durability polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and an extra-long 7.0-inch fully threaded stainless steel housing, this probe is built to bridge deeper machine casing structures to reach buried internal bearing faces. |

✜ Fluid-Film Bearing Vibration Monitoring: Positioned radially in pairs (X-Y orthogonal configuration) to measure dynamic shaft vibration, allowing maintenance teams to track oil film whirl, shaft orbit profiles, and rotor unbalance.
✜ Axial Thrust Position Tracking: Installed parallel to the shaft axis to monitor axial displacement, acting as a critical safety switch that triggers an automatic trip loop before catastrophic rotor-to-stator structural contact occurs.
✜ Keyphasor Speed and Phase Referencing: Used to sense a machined slot or projection on a rotating shaft to provide a once-per-turn voltage pulse, enabling precise RPM calculations and phase angle vibration analysis.
