330101-00-15-10-02-05 is a specific model of the Bently Nevada 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe, a high-precision non-contact eddy current sensor designed for measuring vibration and displacement in rotating machinery. As part of the 3300 XL series, this probe operates on the principle of eddy current technology, producing an output voltage proportional to the distance between the probe tip and a conductive target surface. It can measure both static (position/displacement) and dynamic (vibration) values, making it essential for condition monitoring applications such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and generators. This particular model features a 3/8-24 UNF thread configuration and is supplied without armor (unarmored cable). All 3300 XL components (probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors) are fully interchangeable, eliminating the need for bench calibration or matching individual components.
