Mounted directly onto this circuit board is the Infineon FF1400R12IP4 module, which acts as the power core. Utilizing a half-bridge topology with an advanced Trench/Fieldstop IGBT4 chip layout and 4th-generation Emitter Controlled diodes, the module efficiently manages enormous electrical loads.
