The Siemens 6SN1145-1BB00-0FA1 is a high-capacity Infeed/Regenerative Feedback Module (E/R-Module) that serves as the central power supply backbone for a modular SIMODRIVE 611 drive converter system. Installed at the left-most position of the drive line-up, it rectifies incoming 3-phase AC line voltage into a stabilized 600 VDC link bus voltage to feed adjacent power sections (LT-Modules). Unlike basic infeed units, this regenerative module functions bi-directionally; during machine braking phases, it acts as an inverter to feed kinetic energy back into the factory electrical grid instead of wasting it as heat through braking resistors. Operating under a Version A hardware release state with internal fan cooling, this 100 kW module provides centralized line monitoring, overvoltage protection, and electronic power distribution for high-demand, multi-axis industrial CNC machinery and heavy automated systems.
