The XMTC-62-11-0 is a microprocessor-based, online gas analyzer designed for rugged industrial applications. This specific model variant features a robust explosion-proof, two-port measuring cell package constructed with an FEP-coated aluminum cell body and a sealed reference gas chamber. It utilizes high-stability glass-coated thermistors arranged in a Wheatstone bridge circuit to safely measure gas concentrations without moving parts, providing exceptional resistance to shock, vibration, and sample flow variations. The fluid-contacting components (wetted materials) are crafted from high-grade 316 stainless steel combined with durable Viton O-rings to ensure high chemical resistance. This precise hardware configuration is factory calibrated for measuring hydrogen concentrations in a nitrogen balance gas spanning a full range of 0 to 100%.
