The Bently Nevada 32000 Proximity Probe Housing Assembly is a robust, metric-dimensioned protective enclosure designed for externally mounting proximity probes through a machine casing. It is primarily utilized for radially mounted transducers to capture relative shaft vibration or Keyphasor measurements without necessitating machine disassembly for adjustments or probe replacements. Constructed from high-strength glass-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) thermoplastic and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it delivers reliable mechanical and environmental protection in heavy industrial and hazardous process environments while remaining fully compliant with the American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 standard.
