The Bently Nevada 135613-01-01 is a rugged, heavy-duty High Temperature Case Expansion Transducer Assembly utilizing internal DC Linear Variable Differential Transformer (DC-LVDT) technology. Unlike a non-contact proximity probe that tracks high-frequency shaft vibration, this contact-type assembly is designed to measure absolute, slow-moving thermal growth and mechanical structural displacement of large machine casings. The device consists of a highly stable LVDT sensor core, an extension rod kit, and a protective housing structure. Engineered for extreme power generation and steam environments, it provides outstanding repeatability and low non-linearity while translating absolute linear displacement directly into an easy-to-route DC analog voltage signal.
