Product Overview
The Bently Nevada 129716-173-037-15-05 is a 3300 XL series 8mm proximity probe manufactured by Bently Nevada, now part of Baker Hughes . This sensor is an eddy current transducer designed for non-contact vibration and position monitoring of critical rotating machinery . This transducer system is designed to work as part of a complete monitoring solution, requiring pairing with a 3300 XL extension cable (if needed) and a Proximitor® sensor for signal conditioning .
Key Features
➙Complete Interchangeability-3300 XL system components (probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors) are fully interchangeable. No factory matching or on-site calibration is required, which simplifies maintenance and reduces spare parts inventory .
➙Superior RFI/EMI Immunity-The system offers high immunity to radio frequency and electromagnetic interference, eliminating the need for special shielded conduit or metallic housings. This reduces installation complexity and overall system costs .
➙Wide Temperature Range-Designed for harsh industrial environments with a standard operating temperature range of -51°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F). The probe tip can withstand extended temperatures up to +218°C (+425°F) .
