The AMAT 0100-20003 Digital I/O Board delivers precise digital signal acquisition and control output for semiconductor automation systems. Designed for integration with PM, etch, and clean tools, the 0100-20003 interfaces with multiple digital inputs from sensors and outputs to actuators or relays. Operating from the system backplane 24 V DC, the 0100-20003 consumes up to 8.5 W and supports high-speed digital sampling. With 16 MB SDRAM and 32 MB Flash, it processes signals efficiently across VME or backplane slots. The modular 0100-20003 board provides electrical isolation via optocouplers and safeguards I/O channels with overvoltage and short-circuit protection.
