Honeywell announced the acquisition of US compressor control companies
Honeywell recently announced its consent to acquire the Compressionor Controls Corporation of $ 670 million in cash.
The US compressor control company is held by private equity company Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Roper Technologies.
The acquisition price is about its expected adjustment of taxation and depreciation before 2023.
The profit is 15 times. The US compressor control company is a leading supplier in turbine machinery control and optimization solutions.
